NO ONE EVEN SAID HI TO ME WHEN I WALKED IN FOR A SCHEDULED APPT. I SAT IN SILENCE WHILE I WALKED INTO THE SHOP WITH NO ONE ELSE EXCEPT THE 2 GENTLEMEN WHEN I WALKED IN AND NOTEVEN A HELLO. I WAS THERE FOR A RECALL WHICH I UNDERSTAND YOU DONT GET PAID FOR BUT I REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK WHEN I DOMT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW I PAY MORE QHEN GOING TO A DEALERSHIP WHICH I AM AWARE OF AND WILL PAY BUT IF I DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

Mr Ozello was very welcoming an knowledgeable..! Explained everything to me in a manner that I understood .. Got me in an out .. even sprayed my car down ..! Top notch service keep up the good work..!!

This used to be one of the best service departments I've dealt with in a long time but something has happened. I get videos & texts for cars that aren't mine. The wait time has increased significantly. I'm not sure what has changed in the last few months but whatever it was, it's not good. Not to mention, I tried to register the "new radio" that was put in my car and it's registered to another account, so not sure how that happened but yes I will be calling about that.

The repair was finished sooner than was expected and the car was washed.

Sunroof won't close after owning my KIA Sorento for under 1 year. This is my second time bringing car in for issue and told there is nothing they could do.

My service technician was very pleasant and accommodating. He kept me informed with pertinent details necessary to make the best decision. He didn’t push or try for a hard sale for services that were unnecessary. I was very happy with his professional attitude.
