I have absolutely no complaints with a Kia service department. The manager in there has always been very polite and extra helpful. His attitude instills confidence in me with Kia. Thanks for being in murphy!

I travel for employment throughout the US & have been to many dealerships for service, some good, some not. 1 very bad in Gainesville, FL.
Murphy Lifetime Kia always is the leader in truthful advise & explanation of tasks. They keep the customer at the forefront & do not rob you of unnecessary costs

Oscar Najera paid very close attention to me & my vehicles issues and handled the issues as soon as he could. I had been trying for over a year to get my car in for the attention it needed with no luck with any other reps there at Covina Kia. Thank you Oscar for a job well done!

Thank you for a splendid car service experience. Compliments to the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip cookies, I was starving and they were quite the surprising sweet treat. I am not interested in trading in my KIA. I am 100,000,000,000 % satisfied with my KIA K5 and I do not want any other vehicle. I'm going to drive my vehicle as long as I am breathing and never want to share.
