Air conditioning is not working. I mentioned this during my scheduled service for the rattling noise coming from the suspension. I was told that the A/C was fixed but it is only blowing warm air. The rattling noise is still present. This is the last time I will be taking my vehicle for any type of service to your location.

I was dissatisfied because I called Monday morning told them about the recall and they made a appointment for Friday at 10am and drop car off thinking it was being fixed and after 2 hour wait they said it was ready so went to pick up and then they oh we have to order the parts not happy at all with service yes they washed it but gas is not cheap and time off from work to take it again and they had a week knowing what I was coming in for not good!!!! They told Monday when I called they had the part!!!

I was attended to by a man called Layton. He was attentive, polite, and very accomodating. The vehicle was returned to me with all mirrors and seats as I had left them prior to my visit. The vehicle was also given a complimentary wash and looked quite nice upon its return.

1st appointment girl never saved tire for scheduled appt. 2nd appointment took 3 1/2 hours for tire. No communication saying why taking this long. I need recalls done but I'm afraid to bring it in we may never get the car back ???? Very disappointed ????

Well we were satisfied with the service it took one hour and 45 minutes for an oil change; and that’s with an appointment. That seems to be a little long.
