They didn't do what I asked them to do,. Electric issues that I have They never even told me about it. They told me that I needed front brake pads when I had put them on 4 months ago... makes me believe that I don't trust the people that works there.

They didnt wash my car, but they eere very nice and apparently replaced the valve stem..i wanted them to diagnose why my check engine light was on but it cost 145.00 just to tell me what is wrong. I think that is way too much.

There is a lack of communication from the sales side to the service side. I was not made aware of my 3 services that were included in the purchase of my vehicle and service was not notified of the purchase so I never received a call to schedule my 5,000 mile service. Also, I liked the video but when I responded about replacing a filter, I never heard back. I don’t actually know if that filter got changed or not. I also asked for an ETA on when my vehicle would be ready and got a response the next day at 11am; I drove my vehicle home the night before. So I am not sure if you are getting messages in the moment or if the system has a glitch.
