I was completely upset when leaving your place of business today.
Brought extended warranty and being told a mouse must be in my jeep that screwed up AC. They have to rip my dashboard completely apart to find the hissing noise in dash broad. They could not tell me how long it would be to work on it. Would not be covered under warranty. Took the light bulb out that was burnt out could not replace it, but did not even put the old one back. When telling my concerns they did not listen. They will call me tomorrow if they can find any information out. I WAS Told just turn it in to my car insurance they will pay for it. My AC is not in the dashboard. Only have had this car for a year ac does not work.
When telling them the automated starter light has been coming on they said we don't see it. Really why would I take the time to tell you something if it was not going on. I asked did you hook the car UP TO HAVE codes readed they said no. HOW DO YOU KNOW AUTOMATICALLY START WORKING Or NOT THEN
I left crying, and told they had call me tomorrow cause they did not know what warranty would cover.
My new car has no AC with a child with asthma.
I hope they call me tomorrow, and the reason I pay a extra $50 a month in warranty covers the issues in my jeep.
I just put new tires on the car before even having it a year.

I've been a 10+ year customer
Things used to be really nice when I went in for service. With covid I've not been there for a year or so. Things just aren't the same. It's hard to explain, the service was pretty good but a few great employees I enjoyed working with are gone and that really changed my experience there
I'm gonna have to try a different dealership ????

Easy to make an appointment, got there and was taken in immediately. I left and picked up my car later that day, no waiting, went over plans to come back for the recalled cap, and left. Waiting for the part to be shipped to them and will take my car back, and per the service department, I drive in, they put the cap in and off I go. Thanks for a great experience.

The KIA dealerships have been excellent with the up keep of my car. Your’s too! I would trade it in -maybe around December, with you blowing out the 2022’s making way for the new!!!!!! Susan

Mike was very good to dealwith. While waiting for the recall repair at the dealership I received a call from Mike and he said the car was finished but there was a complementary car wash and it would take about 10 more minutes. While I was pleasantly surprised to receive a car wash, I ended up waiting 20 minutes and when I picked up the car it had not been washed. If I wasn’t told I was going to have a wash I would not of had any expectations. Therefore, it made me feel I wasted 20min of my time. Thanks for listening. Once again, Mike was very helpful himself. .
