Usually my car gets washed when I get an oil change. Not sure if this has changed or just short handed staff that day It would have been nice to have known why

They shouldn't sell you a car that they don't service first got a little testy with my husband but did jump on it really fast.

Dequincy Adams kept me in the loop with every aspect of my vehicle. I knew upfront how much I was going to pay and being a woman getting your car service sometimes is a little unsettling, but he made you feel like family. I appreciated him more than he knew. The Customer Service he offers is something that is missing in this world today.
