The Service Adviser was very good and made the process very smooth. Only issue was that during my car’s oil change the side step runner was damaged and needs to be replaced. No one noticed or said anything, luckily I notice the damage and brought it up to the service adviser. He quickly escalated the issue and apologized. Wasn’t the Service advisers fault, it was the people doing the actual oil changed.
After the Kia team inspected, they agreed needed to be replaced and said they would take care of the part/repair. However, is an inconvenience that my car was damaged and more concerning was that the damage occurred during the service and no one noticed.

I really enjoyed the customer service and the friendly attitude. The service was excellent they washed the vehicle as well as vacuumed it. I’m completely SATISFIED. I will be bringing my car back there and anyone that I know that has a Kia I’ll recommend them to being their vehicle there as well.
