My main concern was my hood release. There is no release lever on the inside of my car and I was told it was already fixed. And let me know that I called a week to 10 days after my oil change in February to find out how the oil change was done without a hood release. I was told to bring it in and made an appointment to do so, but was unable to hold the appointment. I brought it in today to be service and was told it would be $350 to fix it. If it was just September for the purpose of the vehicle by us, then when the vehicle was brought back to repair the plastic piece inside the door on the driver side, detect never put the hood release pull back. There was no way to replace that piece without taking the hood release button off. Also not understanding why is this 300 who put the release lever inside of a car. The whole cable should not need replaced. I felt as if I was rushed out of there when I was trying to figure out what was going on with the hood release. Then I get out to my vehicle and the plastic piece they took off to look at the cable was laying on my passenger side floorboard. The tech didn't even put it back in place and there is a plastic piece broke off. There is no way we could have broken a brand new hood release within 3 months of it being installed.

My first interaction with Matthew.
Repairs were completed those needed now. There is a repair needed by the fall.
I can’t recall of any negative service since my ownership of this vehicle.

Kia Optima 2018, 50,000 miles, driver seat stitching in disrepair. On 6/23/22 Stated part was ordered, approved, received and appointment was made for 6/30/22, went into service department, Kia Optima 2018 was left. I was told I would receive a call when car stitching was completed, however, no call was received. I took time off work. No updates were provided, I had to keep calling, I was insulted by service person stating that holidays are for family and friends. No updates were provided and service was not received. On 7/2/22. Help needed
