Eric was great. Kind, and communicated wonderfully. I was taken care of and out within a timely manner. My right headlight started acting up later that evening. I just nudged it a bit and it went back to normal.

This survey is for Mike Connelly. This person did not provide service for us as we refused his service. We spoke to the assistant manager and switched to a different service representative. If you send us a survey for Adam the assistant manager and Nathan the service representative, we would gladly rate it a good experience.

I told the service advisor I was getting a smog check the next day. Why wasn’t I told that because my battery was to be detached during service I would need to do a “drive cycle” before the smog test? I would have delayed that part of the service until after the smog check. This is a major inconvenience and added expense, since I have no expertise of how to effectively do this, or time to do it during this busy season, and now will have to pay for another test on top of it all. NOT happy.

Mike is great at customer service. The work is done so well that I don’t need to bring the car back to correct it, in contrast to service departments at other dealerships.

Honestly,
This dealership does nothing for the customer or with the customers best interest in mind. Extremely disappointed I bought a car from this dealership and I understand now why Kia has such a bad reputation.
