The vehicle was fine, thank you. However, the person that helped us was very prickly. He really set my husband off. I had to dial down the temp. He was somewhat confrontational. The manager I believe (a tall man) left him there while he was on a ridiculous conversation with I believe a customer and left us standing there for about 10 minutes. My husband asked a salesman to find the manager to help us so we could leave. This was all around bad customer service, that all starts at the top. Actually we wanted to find out when our warranty was up so don't have to go there again. Thanks for asking. Candace Harding

Oscar answered all my questions and really seemed interested in what I had to say. Keep him. While I was there I was wondering how the dealership is doing. Not many cars on sight. Hopefully things turn around for you soon!!

I have a 2014 Kia optima SXL. I have taken it to Kia for service since I’ve owned the car I am very satisfied Mike Conley always is so polite and accommodating. I look forward to visiting with the staff and also Jennifer is excellent in her role as coordinator for transportations and appointments

Appreciate all the time and effort spent to accommodate me after I had engine trouble . The rental , the drop off and the extreme professional during the whole process . I will recommend hands down Matt Blatt Kia of Egg Harbor to anyone I know looking to get into a car. Suzette always takes care of me and Torey did a great job too . Thank you very much !!

Your your employee Emily has outstanding people skills she is an asset to your company and to her department because of her taking extra time I've made another service appointment for additional work to be done next tuesday. This is optional work this is not required work for the vehicle. Because of her and are taking the time with me I'm having additional services done with your company and your service department thank you very much for hiring such an outstanding employee

I was satisfied with Katie, Jeff and the other two young ladies that assisted us. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the phone/computer system that is in place currently. It states that text is best, although no one was able to get back to me. Every time I called the dealership, the phone always went to voicemail. That is very frustrating. Please fix the communication problem. Customers need feedback in a more timely fashion. Although, everyone that we spoke to was professional while speaking with us. Thank you!
