I HOPE this kind of service continúe there always.

There was a lot of BS talk over the phone of vehicle status. So much so I just told him to tell me the truth straight up but kept getting the I just got off the phone, the person needed just walked in, I just got status 5 minutes ago. Most of the time I always had to call to get an update. It was rare when I got a call to update. I never got a call back at the time I was told I would get called back. And there I go chasing down people for information. And if it was the weekend plus somebody calling in sick then someone else's day off, many days would pass with no answer. Hertz ****. Each time I was there I was there over an hour. Just waiting for a car. It seemed like a normal occurrence. And stop blaming others and pointing the finger to someone else. Pick up responsibility and be honest. The car smelled when I got it back. I don't need a Covina valley Kia representative contacting me to discuss how to make me completely satisfied. It's over.

Ignored because wore a mask when checking in... he looked right at me. Rolled his eyes. And walked away . Why do you you always mess with my seat settings? Just leave my seat alone please!
