Emily was very nice but I wasn’t happy with the service. It stated all fluids were topped off. I start the car upon leaving and my windshield washer fluid sign comes on. I guess all fluids weren’t topped off even when it specifically states washer fluid Also Emily and I talked about the A button and how it could possibly be disconnected. Nothing was mentioned or written down about this even being looked at. I just hope other things were not overlooked

Gino is one of the reasons I bring the Seltos to the dealership for service. He is friendly and easy to do business with. Gino listens to my concerns without judgement, ensures he understands my needs and provides prompt updates and recommendations. Even when he is out, the rest of the crew, whether finishing up service or ordering parts, are just as friendly and helpful. I honestly feel like I bought my car from family and friends, not a car dealership.

We purchased our Kia from Airport Kia in Naples, FL. Our experience with that dealer was unsatisfactory. We are switching our allegiance from that dealer to Lifetime Kia. Lifetime has treated us with the respect we deserve from being a three time Kia purchaser. If it wasn’t for Lifetime Kia, we would abandon the Kia product altogether.

I had a sunroof seal replaced and there's more dirt on it then when i got it. The outside of the car was filthy after sitting inside a dusty shop waiting for a part. I was told they tried to get the water marks out. Needless to say I said keep it til you can figure it out and clean as it was when I brought it in4
