I have found that everyone in the service department is always professional. Gene Leib is the ultimate professional and explains everything in detail. Gene makes the experience pleasurable. I know that Lifetime is the cheapest in town because I have been to other businesses. I feel that their honesty is is worth doing business there and is one of the main reasons I take my vehicles to them. Thanks, Karen S

The service representative was excellent but Kia always find a excuse for not honoring the coupons advertised on your website and your service prices are way too high!
