I had an amazing experience with the Kia service team. I appreciate the attention and advice from Adam Swaim. He was friendly, patient and detailed on the services required. This helped make an educated decision on the service to perform. I want praise the technicians for their hard work to keep our vehicles in top shape.Of course, I will not leave out Eduardo. He is the first friendly face that I encountered as I arrived. He has a genuine personality that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He shuttled me home as well. Eduardo and Adam are an example of exceptional customer service. Thank you again for making me feel valued. I appreciate your team!

Anthony Mazzocco was not very nice and so matter fact with me a few times over the phone when talking to me about my vehicle. I don’t think I will ever purchase a Kia again. My engine went out on a fairly new vehicle which should have never happened in the first place and he told me because a water pump was put on it voided my warranty. All I wanted was the car that I spent so much money on that I barely drive fixed and I got nothing but someone’s personal opinion and nasty attitude.

Michael Connelly is an amazing service advisor, he made sure everything went smoothly and was always on top of communicating with me of the status updates. I truly appreciate his patience and putting a smile on my face! I will recommend Michael Connelly to anyone who needs their car service. I’m very happy with my experience :)
