Customer service was great on this visit. Everyone has always been very helpful but this visit I was walked to my car at the end of the visit which made a big difference to me. I’m usually frustrated looking for my car at the end of my visits

The only complaint I have is that I came in for a 1pm oil change and didn’t get my car back up after 5pm. Adam was nice and I don’t think the time it took for me to get my car back was his fault.

When I took in my car for my appointment no one told me it was going to take 2 days. I understand that Kia was short on staff, However, the only reason I knew that my car wasn’t ready was because I kept on calling since no one was calling me. The person taking care of my car was always at lunch regardless of what time I called. I called at 12 and he was at lunch, I called at 1:30 and he was at lunch, I called at 3:00 and he was still at lunch. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional and plain rude.

Adam was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and nice. It’s pretty hard to impress me when it comes to customer service, Adam knocked out of the park. I will always ask for Adam any time I come in from now on.
