Yes I am completely satisfied with my service but especially with Emily Figueroa ! I have a brand new Kia and switched here from RK Kia because of poor service and Emily did not disappoint ! she answered a question no one else at Kia would answer, simply because she cared ! am very pleased !

Rep does not need to contact me. Part was sent back but was not informed despite 3rd time I've come for this repair. Wasn't ordered previously despite coming for the service. Informed of my vacation but kept calling me while on vacation to schedule this service. Ridiculous!

My car had protective plastic on the driver's seat and a paper floor covering, which I appreciated. The service was faster than quoted and the team members were courteous. Overall a good experience.

James was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable today, as he always is. I understand the service department was short staffed today but they all remained cool, calm, and friendly. James and his crew managed to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. 5 out of 5 stars.
