As a long time customer, it's a true slap in the face of us who use Matt Blatt Kia for both new vehicle purchases as well as all of the service that is done on those vehicles to pay a 3-5 % additional charge on service charges placed on a credit card. That move will cost you customers. I have tires to buy soon for my 2020 Telluride and this newest policy of yours will require me to look around now.
