Oscar is the only person that has ever actually helped me at the dealership. Every time I call I have problems and it makes me not want to bring in my car ever. I knew the thing I needed to get fixed was under my warranty but was told by workers there I would have to pay over $500.
Oscar didn’t give me any problems, he knew the information that was needed unlike the other staff that sits with him in the front or the girl who makes appointments.
I’m glad I finally got the right experience at that dealership and I know it wouldn’t have happened if he wasn’t there.

They are so nice and friendly in the service department it is a pleasure to go in there. Even if the payment hurts. Haha

Sat for 4 hours for an oil change. Was the 1st customer in the service center and watched multiple people come and go while I sat there. Very poor communication. I felt as though the lack of communication was deliberate. I will not be back with my Kia!

Katie was so kind and helpful and as she was the only person i interacted with, contributes to the reason I would come back to the dealership again. I watched her be patient with the other customers when they were rude and she was quick to answer questions professionally and friendly. Thanks Mr. Matt blatt and Katie for great service
