Can’t remember who the man’s name was. He did the calerberation on camera of windshield. He went over and beyond for us. Wd appreciated his knowledge and kindness. Many people need to mirror that kindness. Kia is so fortunate to have him and we were also. The Nelson’s Kia Sportage 2021. Sorry we couldn’t remember your name but we’ll remember your kindness. We needed that!!????????

I was really impressed by Adam Swaim he was professional and gave me additional information and services that my car will eventually need He had real good communication skills and seem very bright he went out of his way to show me where everything was bathroom water and waiting area and even where to go have breakfast that I appreciated while I waited for my car when I came to pickup my car he was more than happy to get my car for me in a timely manner it very satisfying to be treated like a value Customer Thank you Adam

I honestly never been to a dealer for service. But this is my best experience.God bess mike and all staff. They were extremely polite helpfully and mad my day especially cause it was my 45yr old b-day. Thank you! think you!!! My stress was on more after that day.
