Took too long to get checked in and when I asked about the wifi, nobody could tell me what the password was - only to find out there was no password. Some clarity would be helpful.

Disappointed on how I was handled I have brought 3 Kia’s at the Bedford location. I guess loyalty does not count anymore. The heart ache of having the most stolen car in America does not help.
