Hello, I am completely satisfied with the vehicle, however I’m confused by the numbers on the lease. I wish I had asked about it at the signing, but after signing and initialing many pages, followed by an equal digital amount of pages I was ready to get it done. There were over $1000 worth of fees I was assured there wouldn’t be any hidden fees by the initial salesperson back in November. This sales person was replaced by Jake Campian who followed up on the transaction. When I got home and took a closer look I was taken aback by all these fees, and honestly felt someone pulled the wool over my eyes, and blamed myself for not questioning it before I signed the papers. You asked, and I’m giving you my honest feedback. I would love the opportunity to have someone deconstruct the numbers on the car lease for me, so they might make more sense to me. After expressing my interest in the 15,000 mile package, I asked if I would receive another text message that my car was ready, I was told yes. I never received a new text message regarding vehicle pick up.
