Amazing. Service was so kind Dominique was very patient and understanding with me. It was also very speedy and I was just overall very happy with how everything went!! This made me really enjoy coming to Matt blatt even tho it’s a bit of a drive for me it’s so worth it

I appreciate Jeff going the extra mile by calling the manufacturer of the altinator and coming to an agreement that it should have lasted more than 7000 miles and two years. There was no charge for the new altinator. I have always had a good experience and relationship with your dealership for the past 12 years.

I came to kia to get the anti theft software update. My remote car starter now sets off the alarm. I called to find out what can be done was told that the service writer Dominique would get back to me I did not hear from her today.
