The best ever experience.. the gentleman who looked after me and allowed me to bring my dog into waiting room during car service was so courteous and helpful, explaining details of service.

Emily was great and I totally trust her. I can ask questions and she always gets the answer !! I feel like I need to know her schedule and ONLY schedule my monthly maintenance when she is working . Highest praise !

has been one of the best Service Professional.I have never gotten that kind of service since I have been taking in my car for service.He kept me updated on the status of my car which I really did appreciated it.

Emily is always a pleasure to see when i come to get my Kia serviced. She is always willing to help and even goes above and beyond when other unexpected issues may arise. Everyone I spoke with were helpful and pleasant to speak with, but it would be nice to receive more uodates given i left it there for a week. One of my 2 issues were unresolved. While they were unable to recreate the leak, it occurred again the very next day after I picked up my car. I will likely have to being it in again.
