I am always greeted a pleasantly. Gene answers my questions and requests timely. It’s great to have trust in the guys that do the work. Blake Arrowood always does a great job and says hello.

I keep change on the drivers door and all my quarters were taken. This something I can not prove because I didn’t think I should take a picture at the dealership. All that’s let is pennys, nickles and dines. I know there were several dollars in quarter because during the week I need to pay meter parking, so I always keep quarters there. Very very disappointing.

Mike Connelly is the best. He is knowledgable, friendly and works with you to get the best overall service results. I only make appointments with him.

When I needed a new part for the door, it wasn’t explained that I would be charged additionally for painting the new part and that labor.
The entire cost of fixing a part, that should come in the correct colors, was not disclosed and it was excessive.
I appreciate how nice everyone was but it was extremely expensive and not disclosed.

When I got the service yes everyone nice and I was happy but the getting the appointment and the non chaulant attitude upsetting

Justin was unprofessional. When I picked up my car and drove less than 5 minutes to my office, and noticed white "stuff" that looked to be like paint overspray all over my car. When I took it back to kia to show them the issue, Justin immediately became defensive and said he would not take responsibility for it. Come to find out, it was wax, which I still don't know how wax ended up splattered all over my vehicle. The issue was resolved, but Justin was very unprofessional about how he handled the situation.
