The safety recall could not be done because a specific tool was needed. They did wash my car though and will call me when the tool arrives so I can reschedule an appointment to have this work done.

I originally went in to have my oil pan gasket replaced, but ended up with an oil change even though my last change was 900 miles and 3 weeks prior to this service. I'm not sure if it was just a miscommunication issue, but I ended up paying for a service that I did not need or want.

This was a 1st time having to bring in my car as I just purchased it only about a month ago. Everyone from the initial reservation call, the morning checking as well as the courtesy drive home and pick up were all that I was hoping for but have come to recieve less when dealing with other dealerships.
