I felt confident in Matts’ care. He was personable and engaging. He also took his time sharing what was done at the time of service and what to expect on my next appointment on May 1. I purchased my vehicle with Kia in Paso and have only allowed you to service my vehicle. Thanks for the continued good customer service.

I took my car for an oil consumption. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and called the day before to confirm the reason I was taking it for and confirm it was a recall that would cover an engine replacement. I know I spoke to a woman but I don’t recall her name. When I went in Michael let me know there is no recall and I had to pay $700 for the process. I did T leave my car because I felt I was getting mislead. I came home and looked online there is a lawsuit against Kia for ALL Kias for oil consumption. I am not very happy with the miss leading information.
