When I dropped off my car, my key fob was perfectly fine . When I picked it back up , I almost thought it was a different key fob, as it was totally scratched and messed up when I went back I told Lexi about it. She said she didn’t know what to do. She didn’t really look at it before. She told me that they did wash my car . Then I drove away across the street to citrus car wash and completely washed my car..(inside and out). As I was waiting for my car, I started to think wait a minute, I just gave this company business gave them money. Trusted them with my property and they brought it (key)back damaged and I should be OK with that.?????That doesn’t sound right.. I drove away and I called Covina kia and spoke to another person, and he said that they probably just gave me a different key….,,that my key is in the car somewhere that I should look for it. I thought all of this was very odd and felt very uneasy about it so I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she was very helpful and I told her I don’t mean to be a pain but this is very odd. I left my property with this place, and it came back damaged…..Adam called me and told me he would take care of it. Maybe he means by giving me a new key fob which I really think he’s trying to do his best. I get it, but at the same time I just don’t understand why it got messed up in the first place. I actually thought that it was a different key because it looks so different , I was just a little put off by taking my car there, spending more than I expected, because they told me I had to get something else done, time estimate was not correct. Then, when I collected my car, my key fob is all scratched and peeled off. It looked like it was 10 years old..

Dealership Service dept is very welcoming, informative, and efficient. Also, the waiting room is extremely welcoming by offering water, coffee , snacks and other conveniences. Very impressed with Lifetime Kia.

Torey was great - friendly and attentive. I thought it was excessive that I had to wait over three hours (with a scheduled appointment) for an oil change and for the mechanic to diagnose that I need a new motor in my side view mirror. Now I have to go back to get the mirror replaced. I sure hope it’s not going to take nearly as long, especially since it is a Kia defect.

Car has been acting up but they are always good to check it and reassure me. Go the extra step.
