I was waiting for over four hours. My car was thoroughly checked for stalling and acceleration issues but nothing was found. She listened to my frustration with the car; I appreciate that.
Later that evening, my car displayed the issue again by rumbling then not accelerating past 30 mph. ????

I booked 2 cars in with appointments.for recall and service to 1 of the cars. Upon arrival was told no appointment. Had proof. Then received notice that cars were done. When we went to pick up cars one car was not ready. Had to wait. Not good customer service.
