After the first hour after our appointment time and our car still sitting in the parking lot, my husband went to check on it. The work order was finally located (not where it should have been), and the car was finally moved. When asked if they overbooked, the answer was yes. A job that should have taken 1-1.5 hours was almost 3.

Matt kept me updated with the status of my vehicle and I believe he himself helped wash my car. I received a text message that my car was in line to be washed but 30 minutes later when I checked with Matt it hadn’t been washed. He called me and when I returned to the counter his glasses were drizzled with water. He went above and beyond for me so I could get home and join my scheduled meeting.
