We love bringing our car to your Service dept. the work was great we were just disappointed when the car was not washed. We understand if you do not do this anymore but it was just a really nice touch when you did wash the car after servicing it.

After the first hour after our appointment time and our car still sitting in the parking lot, my husband went to check on it. The work order was finally located (not where it should have been), and the car was finally moved. When asked if they overbooked, the answer was yes. A job that should have taken 1-1.5 hours was almost 3.

The service assistant and the mechanic were very nice. I just thought a two
