Brought my car in at 2 came back at 4:30 and it had not been taken for service. My husband called and complained and it was handled promptly. I had to take off work to be there at 2. I would have just showed up afterwork at 5. So that’s the inconvenience for me. It was done in under 30 minutes, so I’m not sure who holds the responsibility on this situation.

The service took much longer than what was originally communicated. Lexi kept me updated the entire time. She is a great asset to your team. She somehow kept me smiling although I missed an appointment due to my vehicle not being ready. Also, your shuttle driver, Mario was very kind and pleasant. So, although I had some problems, your team was AWESOME!

After I was told my car was ready, I waited for about 45 minutes while it was being washed. I was also told it would take about 90 minutes to complete the recall work when it actually took about 4 hours. May M

Always a good experience and appreciate the reminder when something KIA recommends at certain mileage. He did that today and wanting to keep my car in top condition I appreciate him letting me know.

I dropped by needing an alignment after hitting a curb and got waited on instantly . They took my car and 1.5 hours later I was done. Great service , especially since I was traveling back to Pittsburgh and didn't want to take a chance o ruining tire . Highly recommend. Better than my regular KIA dealership. ( Jim Shorkey KIA)
