Mr. Connelly, is top notch! I felt completely at ease, and informed of what my appointment was going to involve. He continued to keep me updated, regarding any delay issues, and even took time to answer
my questions regarding bill pay, and direct me in the appropriate direction. Outside all of this….a very professional, and courteous gentleman!

I called a week in advanced stating I needed an oil change AND front and rear window wiper blades replaced. They called me after I dropped off car stating they didn't have any in stock. THATS WHY I CALLED AHEAD, TO MAKE SURE THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.

I brought my car in for a problem with the infotainment system and even though you have not heard back from me, that night I took the car home the same problem occurred with the GPS. I provided vidoes on a Google link in my letter given to Matt.

Thank you for servicing my vehicle. It’s a pleasure to see Oscar Najera being promoted and Eric Perez seemed a good person to work with in his place. I dropped off vehicle for this service request and picked it up. Thanks for honoring the courtesy wash and the woman at the parts desk was friendly and nice to work with. I’ll be picking up parts in a couple of days. Keep up the good work.
