Went in for recall for hybrid fuse at 11:00 am. Car wasn’t ready until 12:45. The bathrooms there are messy and dirty

My car was there for a recall. After having my car in your service department for 3.5 hours, I was told you didn’t have the part to do the recall. This Kia dealership is the worst run and worst managed! This is the third or fourth time this has happened to me for various recalls. There is no excuse! I am extremely dissatisfied!!! Someone with some common sense and business knowledge needs to takeover and manage the dealership and be accountable to customers. Shame on you Covina Kia!!!

Just a suggestion the snack area was being watched over by the shuttle person maybe the cashier could watch it because the day I was there it wasn't in the condition it usually is in.

Service seems to be going downhills. I have taken my Kia there since I bought it brand new. This was the worse experience I have ever had . Nothing was done and the lack of communication was none. I had to keep calling and then wait up to 45 min and then kept getting hung up on. I’m looking for somewhere else to take my car to from now on.
