Well, though they replace the bearing, the car still is loud and is not riding as smoothly as it did when we bought it. The claim in that the tires are rough and causing the road noise is unacceptable since they are the original tires and only have 38,000 miles on them. In all of the cars we have ever owned,we have never experienced this type of road noise because of tires.We would like to further investigate this issue. We look forward to hearing from you.Thank you

The automated emails were incredibly frustrating and the lack of communication was so off-putting. If I hadn't called multiple times I would have been left in the dark. I also wish there were some sense of urgency regarding an Onsite rental. I understand being overwhelmed with clients, but it just feels like there's no sense of organization because of it.

My car has 75,000 miles , has a leak from the transmission and I was told it was out of warranty . The guy that took my car said he’s never seen a vehicle like mine leak, yet mine is leaking and not covered under the 100,000 mile warranty of the power train that includes the transmission seals . I’m so disappointed in kia , I will consider a different brand of vehicles in the future . This is my second kid from this place and more than likely my last

The noice in the air conditioner is not fixed. The dealership said they cleaned it and there was no more noise however the noise is still there.
