Overall You Have A Way Better Service Center Then Where I Purchased My Kia From I Honestly Do Not Recommend That Lot For Service Period. Covina Kia Service Center With Lexi Hunt Tops It All ( Thumbs Up ) ????????????????????????

I will never come back. 2 hours and $120 for a dirty light bulb connection is insane. Only a full refund would keep me as a customer.

I have been in customer service for 28 years working in a Public Library. I know good customer service.
From my initial meeting with your employee, Ms. Frontiero, I was treated in a dismissive and rude manner. Furthermore, she never returned my phone calls except when the work was completed and she wanted me to choose a tire. Which I did, and I requested an email with the agreed upon estimate. She agreed.
That was this past Friday, October 13. I never received the email. In fact, the tire was not on the car when I came to pick it up at the agreed upon time. Monday morning, October 18th.
I have countless logged calls to your dealership that were never answered, never returned. I have texts for days from your automated system apologizing for the delay. Disgraceful.
I could go on and on. I will be contacting Corporate and I will review as deserved.

You guys said that it was all done and that there was no problem and got it fixed but it was still the same problem and it seemed like it wasnt fixed at all but overall with customer service they have been nice but didnt resolve the issue because that is my only transportation yet still dont have a working car for a month and should at least offer me a rental for free for a couple of days because they gave me false information saying that it was fixed and it wasnt so they wasted my time/gas because of that

The only place I will take my car to get it serviced. All the employees are very professional and respectful!!!! Definitely 5 stars
