Disappointed that I had the car worked on by your service department a few months ago and they didn’t detect the problem that cause the problem with my car. I took it in because the engine light and heat light were coming on, but they missed the problem.

Jeff Cagle is the highlight of the service department. He treats everyone like somebody, and he is always willing to answer our questions or concerns. To put it like this; if Jeff wasn’t with Lifetime Kia, we would take our Kia to a different dealership for service.

I have never been treated better than the timely and efficient way, they handled my situation. I will be sending more of my friends and customers too. They were polite, professional, and really had a caring attitude, from the customer desk, to the showroom floor as well. Matt stayed in contact with me, and kept me updated on my service, and I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience.

Mike was great, but the service took too long. There was a problem with the anti theft software which apparently held things up. I would have rather come back another day to get that completed.
