I was told the service would take 3 to 4 hours at 10:30 my car was not ready until 6:30pm. When I called for status I was told they would call right back but an hour later I would have to call. I did not hear back and when I did they kept promising to call. I had wanted to talk to manager to discuss my service but by the time my car was ready no one was there

Very un professional service it took thirty days for me to get my vehicle back dirty gas tank open vehicle dirty inside now they said that I got to take the vehicle back some programing for the transmission. Called for update kept on hold for a long time the key was dropped or scraped.

Matthew was so helpful and took care of me as this was my first time experiencing an oil change with Matt Blatt. He explained everything, notified me of my free oil change and tire rotation and even helped with my license plate being loose.
