George was very difficult to work with. My dad and I felt like our questions and concerns were being dismissed. We had to press the issue over and over again and we’re finally heard. We just want are vehicle to be fixed. It has been burning oil for a while now and nobody wants to do anything about it. We are now doing a burning oil test.

I bought my Kia vehicle brand new in 2023 from Kia of Irvine. I was hoping on getting a free complimentary oil change. I was surprised that I had to pay $130 for my first aervice.

This is the first time I ever had a bad experience at Kia West Covina I was left waiting I think hour and a half to two hours before they let me know my car was ready. I was told they called me and left me a message on my phone. I was sitting in the lobby, but I had no messages And no missed calls. Yes I was looking at a car but I did tell the salesman that I wasn’t here to buy a car today. It was only here for service was that part of the issue I don’t know I got in at 8 o’clock I didn’t leave till one.
