He did not explain much about what was replaced and just asked for the car to be brought to me, I like the excellent service but I had to call in to see what was going on with the ca, he had said that it should be ready in 2 days and I call on a day that he was out and there were no notes and nobody knew what was going on as I said I like the service but not the attention Michael gave

I just want to thank Mike for explaining everything that would be done to my car today. He was very friendly to me and I appreciate that as well. Your facility is very comfortable clean. I was there for quite a while. I had some of the snacks and watched TV with some of your other customers that were also waiting for their cars.

George was very nice and helpful, however, overall the remaining was not ideal. I showed up at least 10-15 minutes early for my 11am appointment and was estimated to wait 2-2.5 hours. The service ended up being almost 3 hours and when I was told my car was being washed that took an additional almost 20 minutes and the wrong car was cleaned and pulled up. My car was still sitting in the lot. I declined to have my car washed due to the long wait already. George was still very apologetic and it’s appreciated! Still would think an overall oil change and tire check should not take 3 hours to get done.

Matt Park's customer service was exceptional, even from my first phone call. He was very professional, cordial and quite helpful. All my questions were answered and my needs taken care of in a diligent manner. I have to add that the customer service exhibited by the whole crew in the service department was exemplary. I will definitely be letting my friends know about Covina Valley Kia's excellent service.

40k service was affordable/ competitive. Customer service guy was unnecessarily extra as usual. He was holding up my paperwork while other service guys weren’t doing nothing? Close to 3 hours for basic service with an appointment was excessive.
