Very dissatisfied with the service I received at the dealership from the service department. I set up an appointment over a month ago to bring my vehicle in for a very important recall and also for warranty issue when I brought it in, I was informed that the part was never ordered, and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for the recall part to be ordered. Once I got called to pick up the vehicle, I went down to pick it up and they told me the vehicle washed and the vehicle was completely dirty. this is being an ongoing issue with the dealership. I hope this email helps improve customer service.

My car has not been serviced yet. When I got there for my appointment I was informed that the Fuse part was not available. It was rescheduled on June 25.

I was very disappointed with George and how he handled my service request : He never updated me on my vehicle . I left voicemail a couple times different days never called back . I had to be calling in and find out what happening with my car. Also spoke to manager oscar about situation and he wasn’t much help . He told me what he could do about my Kia and never called me back to see what was his desicion on my car , I don’t hear From no one for 6 more days and get a text to come pick up my car that same day they text me . That is last minute and not professional of Kia . I would not recommend Kia of Covina to anyone , bad customer service . A whole month with my car , unbelievable .

Carl was great! It’s nice to see that Kia’s service department is turning around! My first experience with Kia’s service department after purchasing my car was disappointing and displayed bad customer service. It’s nice to see that is turning around! Carl has always been great and I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions!!
