My car never got touched your service department told me he couldn’t touch my car till the 28 after it was already sitting there for a week so I’m not satisfied with the service I needed my car for work and you guess would’ve gave. E a looor anything I probably would have left my car car but you can’t put me ima rental until u can get the diagnosis

Ridiculous waiting time. Had my appointment at 12:00 didn’t get my vehicle back until 5:47. Received my car without sticker on windshield and dash board telling me I need service still.

I truly appreciate Michael Connelly with his honesty and his willingness to help me with my vehicle engine issue.. he was very kind and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Thank you Michael for being so kind and very friendly!!

An appointment was scheduled so we could just take the vehicle for maintenance. The dealership new we had an appointment and they new what needed to be done to the vehicle. However they did not have the part they needed and and had to do another appointment. It was a waste of my time.

You guys are sending me texts about picking up my vehicle and then it’s done but we didn’t drop a vehicle off there recently. It was over two weeks ago.

Cory was great. Love that my service was timely. Only wish since I spent almost 700 I could have got my dent buffed and painted. I have to make another appointment for that. But Cory was very helpful and timely!

Today I spoke to Eric your service rep over the phone. Instead of going over the service situation for today's visit he was quick to rush me off the phone. Then when I get in there I'm waiting in line and get checked in and the service rep couldn't take me because he said someone else was handling my appointment. I never heard of that since I've gotten service there. These guys need to brush up on there communication skills and their customer service. Today was a waste of my time and I hope next visit doesn't come close to this again.

2 Years Ago In May 2022 I Purchased My Kia Soul From Cerritos Auto, I Never Like To Put Down A Place But That Service Department Really Needs Better Service, Last Year In May My Car Got Stolen And It Took Them 5 Seconds To Steal It, A Week Later I Found It And Once I Got The Police Ok To Move It I Had It Towed To Cerritos …. Biggest Mistake Someone Could Ever Go Thru. I Know Go To Your Service Area For Everything My Car Needs And It’s Way Better Service Thank You.

My car stayed for 3 hours so that you could just tell me that they order a part. That was one number two. I arrived to pick up my car 3 hours later and they tell me they couldn't wash my car because the Kia paint by its own is chipping fating not my fault that's Kia's color. I seen other Kia souls with the same color. Same thing and they denied to wash my car which is a complimentary and I gave them the actualization go ahead. I mean the paint is already damaged. They denied it again so that was a nice and I had to wait until whenever they call me again so I could go back when they receive the part that they order. So no, I'm not satisfied. If they don't want the Kia paint to faint or chipped away, perhaps they will not use such a little quality pain. My car only from 2011 and it looks like a 40-year-old car. It's embarrassing and I'm really regretting the decision of buying that car in the first place. Have a good evening.

I wasn’t completely satisfied. I made my appointment for a “concern” at the beginning of May. My appointment date was May 20th. The vehicle was dropped off on the 20th but it wasn’t seen until 12 days later. Top make matters worse I had no updates from the service advisor. I had to constantly call to be updated. I’m addition I was without a vehicle due to diagnosing it taking so long. So far the seat is working properly but after $500+ I would hope so considering how many people have had the same problem with the seat.

Work was done in such a timely manner & the ride home and back to my car was greatly appreciated!!

I was very upset that I had a scheduled appointment and when I showed up, Matt said the part was not ordered. So now I have to wait until the part arrives to getscheduled in. And hope nobody forgets to call me when Covina Kia gets the part!
