I was told I had a nail in my sidewall and I would need a new tire for 230 dollars. Of course, I refused and when I took my car to the local tire place, all I needed was a PATCH.

Brought my vehicle in for recall and was not told that the parts were not available.i was not happy to learn there was no shuttle to take me home while my vehicle was being serviced.

To say that I was highly disappointed with my experience with Covina Kia is an understatement! Up to this point, I've felt helpless and like nobody at that dealer cares. I'd love to be contacted by management some time next week since I'm leaving town tomorrow morning. The only reason I wish to share my negative experience with management is so that no-one else gets treated the way I did. I do not wish to be contacted by the technician that was assigned to my vehicle (George Arroyo) or his supervisor, Oscar. I've had bad luck with your dealership when it comes to you folks contacting me. Hopefully, someone reaches out to me this time. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Wasn’t told that a part needed to be ordered for the recall service, hence wasted almost four hours. One hour of which was waiting for my car to be brought out of service so that I can go home. I hope this is an outlier as my prior experience with Covina Kia has been excellent. Currently waiting for a callback to return and complete recall service.

I was Greeted as I entered the service dept was told I would be helped in a minute then once there was a free service rep I was asked my name and was then told after looking up my appointment time who my service rep was and I will be helped by Carl at the end. Then when I went to my rep I waited as he finished his call and still rep didn’t acknowledge me I continued to wait for my rep to acknowledge me waiting there for him and still he didn’t until finally he asked me if I needed help? The way customers are treated here at this location is very unpleasant makes the whole experience not even worth coming back.
