Chip did a great job keeping us informed weekly of the repair status. Most repairs were completed, however we will need to go back in since some parts have not yet arrived due to supply chain issues, so the additional repairs can be completed.

Waiting on parts for minor warranty work from the manufacturer. Otherwise, we love our East to West Della Terra.

Excellent service starting from my arrival to departure. Service staff as well as technicians (**** & Justin) were polite, professional and knowledgeable about all facets of installation and repairs. Techs shared helpful information. Refreshing to see all employees working together to provide great customer experience.

Was lied to by your service guys. The workman ship ****. I was charged $162 to add 2 quarts of oil. Nothing good to say. I will be on the phone with Thor and upper management for your company Monday. I wish I had bought at a different dealership

I had great hopes to get good service, and I hate to complain it is not in my nature when everything is done well,but this time it is very necessary. When I first saw the way the chairs were installed I Knew it was not right, are feet can not the floor. The 9 volt does not work, and the left seat does not even work on electric I was hoping I could live with it for a while. But that is not to be, and we are leaving for Florida next weekend , my husband is very upset and said we can go to Indiana next spring and have it Installed properly , but why should her pay for it again. You’re very dissatisfied customer Simonne

I am very impressed with Chip and the whole team at Open Roads RV. They all were very friendly, helpful and did there best to resolve our issue with our new Vanleigh. They worked us in their very busy schedule to get us in to do our electrical repair. I highly recommend their service department and I feel very secure knowing I have a great service depart that I can trust to take care of anything that needs to be done.

Our unit sat for over 3 weeks with no communication from anyone. Seems that the only way to get it worked on was to get angry. I understand there were reasons for the delays but lack of communication was not appreciated. We agreed to pay for the repair pending warranty approval. When we did pick it up, we discovered when we got it home that the electric cord was not in it!!! Now we will have to delay our planned trip again until we can retrieve it.

Eric and all the team in White service have always been friendly, helpful and informative. Although I’m not a fan of breakdowns and repairs, the folks in white make RV life as smooth as possible. Also, thanks to tech Tater who really helped me with service and solid advice.

We ordered a chassis mount hitch when we bought our Vilano 320 about 5 months ago. I checked three times (with Bill) to make sure the hitch would be in for our November Jekyll Island trip. It turns out that the hitch assembly was never ordered. Give me a break. This is customer service 101.
