Like most new RVs, ours has been in a few times for warranty work. Most of the items are resolved and done well. However, we’ve had it in twice for repair of the black tank sprayers and we’re told that they were fixed and working both times. They were not! In both cases, the tech failed to connect a hose to test the sprayers to confirm that they were in fact functioning. As such, we are scheduled to take it back for a third try to get it right. On the positive side, the warranty repairs that have been completed, have been done well.

Electric cord was lost or stolen. Unit wasn’t repair for weeks. Warranty approval was delayed beyond reasonable. Last of the repair wasn’t completed for two additional months. There was lack of communication although the process. It is unlikely that we will ever buy again fro you or have any service work done.

Let’s see if you are real, I am still waiting for my RV to be repaired. Seems the warranty approved the repair several months ago. I have been patient but it appears further action on my part will be necessary.

We have not had a positive experience with Open Roads service for our warranty issues with our Thor Tellaro 20LT. Most recently, we left it with the Acworth location for around a month and when we arrived to pick it up, over an hour from home, it was not ready. We were not notified ahead of time and gas isn’t cheap right now. Furthermore, not everything was repaired, and some repairs were not fully successful. We’ve never been given a full walk through, and though we were told it would have propane filled and be washed before it was delivered back to us, neither of those things happened. Overall, the customer service experience has been very, very disappointing.
