We picked up ours 2023 RV Palazzo today around 1:30 pm from your location on services department, after your people said they checked the roofing problem. On way home (while we drove and the slides were closed) start raining, we got so much water ???? inside the RV, that entire floors were covered by the raining water. Looks liked the waters problem that we asked to be looked into, has not been addressed by your company. Daniela

Owner Mr Drew Dutton had Winnebago replace faulty refrigerator…Wow! Much thanks! Manager Shannon Green is on top of everything in Warranty, and Heath Nicholson folllows her example a very good communicator. Kudos to Service Technician AARON for solid workmanship on correcting Winnebago defects. Winnebago has multiple trailer build defects, but our great experience with Open Roads RV in Acworth GA overcame poor quality in Minni-Winnie FLX.

We were an hour into our trip and had a blowout on the interstate. We were able to make it to Open Roads just as they opened. Kimberly was able to work with the shop foreman to get us in immediately to have the tires removed and taken to a local dealer for 4 replacements and have us back on the road in just a couple hours. The Open Roads team went above and beyond and we are so grateful for their efforts. I will definitely use them for future service visits when needed.

Heath was absolutely great. Greeted me as I pulled in, took great care of me, offered me a seat in the lounge and a cold drink, very courteous and professional. What I didn’t know until it was too late is that I would be charged $188.00 for 18 gal, of propane. Jesse James had to use a gun to get away with that type of thing. Heath gets an A+. Open Roads gets an F- for greed and deceitfulness!! However, I am a quick learn. Rest assured that won’t happen to me again. L

Not reflective of Heath. He was fine and inherited the issues. I am a patient individual but this took way too long. (5 weeks) And communicated timelines were not met and constant use of warranty approval process was wearing old. Now that the warranty is expired. Thinking of going elsewhere for service. I like the people but the two times I have brought in rv took way to long to repair.

I was not satisfied with my entire experience with Open Roads RV. The purchasing process was a nightmare! The warranty was never registered, our sales rep was no longer available to ensure it was set up. Nothing was addressed and the RV and it still left with all of the original issues but one and I spent almost $600 for “diagnoses” and no guarantees that warranty will reimburse me for ANY of the cost. I felt less than important when dealing with service. Our RV sat for 23 days and I left very disappointed.

I have a 2022 cyclone 4006 I purchased in September. Im still unable to utilize my bedroom slide and the service department and communication has been some of the worst I have ever experienced. I am at my whits end and I’m completely disheartened with my choice to purchase a fifth wheel from your company. $129,000 spent and to have a fifth wheel with as many major, unresolved issues as I have I feel is unacceptable. I wish someone at open roads would help make this right.
