Heath did fine it was the other **** out of his control that wasn't worth a crap. My trailer sit on the lot for over a month and a half. I'm sure I'm not the only one you should not take in more than you can handle in a couple of weeks. If you take it back home, you lose your place in the line amongst 70 campers that's not right. It's hard to keep up with just two technicians I realize it's hard to get Democrats to work

There was no problems with Mr Nicholson. However I was told on the phone all I owed was a $100 dollar deductible. When I arrived to pick up my rv after 4 weeks I was charged 400+. The floor of the rv was full of debris from the ac replacement and there was greasy hand prints on the roof around the unit. After purchasing. This rv and also a 56000 Jeep from Tutton Group you would think or expect thinks to be different. Disappointed ????

Came in for an oil change and when I picked the motor home up, the oil light came on almost immediately, so I returned. The techs had apparently not cycled oil through the engine to get things settled in, and then topping it off. Sloppy work.

We were not able to leave the camper there for repairs as they were short staffed. No one called to tell us that , so we drove 2 vehicles the 2.5 hour drive. We were told not to leave it there because it would be several months before they could get to it. We had had the appointment for a month and had informed them in advance what needed fixed but they had not ordered parts.

This was our first time using Open Roads Rv we have a 2014 class C motorhome that had to have the slide mechanism replaced. Once we dropped our vehicle off. There was never a week that went by that they did not call and give us an update. I can't say thank you enough. Communication is a big plus for me. Also the friendliness of the staff and the care they took with our RV while it was at their facility. Thank you Randall and Tammy day

I took my camper to have two simple things taken care of replacement of, a leaky toilet and replacement of the seven way head that connects to my car. I brought my camper to you on March 10 and picked it up today. 4 months and a re-wiring and replacing of the power box and $1100 later. I believe the repair was miss handled, and I was given the explanation that it was a pre-existing condition in my wiring, which I do not agree with. I will not be bringing my camper back to you for further service.

Coach did not have a thorough PDI. Had a water leak that should have been caught. Multiple panels were left unattached in different cupboards. Service Writer told me the parts were in and the coach was in the shop. He was to call the next day, never did. When I called he told me it would be the following week before they could get it in the shop. Right now I am setting in upstate NY with a propane leak trying to figure out what to do with it.

My first visit a month or so ago concerned me about your service dept. I thought it was terrible. Obviously, some changes were made and customer service has improved. I shared my thoughts with Heath on my previous experience and the positive turn around in customer service. Thanks for making changes and thanks to Heath for taking care of me.
