The service man was willing to look at my trailer because I was going on a camping trip and my breaks would not hold. He took time to adjust them so they work better but no time to fix the fan in bathroom or put grease in the center of the wheels. He said to make an appointment to get that done.

Booked appt drove 45 min to be told they couldn’t work on my camper because they couldn’t move it. And didn’t have a place for it. Even after confirming on Friday before appt. Then finally they just gave me my parts
And I have a mobile Rv to come install for me under warranty. I will never recommend or be doing any business with open roads RV again.

David was great. I was packed for a trip departing the next day and discovered a water leak. David got me in immediately, assessed the problem, gave an accurate estimate and I was on my way shortly thereafter.

I am very upset. I left there this morning with a message for the general manager Jason to call me. I received no response. My rig has been there for months and I was told it was complete. I got there today in the door has not been touched. I didn’t even go inside. How hard is it?

Our brand new unit has been at the lot for repairs more than we've had it at home and able to use it. Numerous issues due to carelessness by the service department, that could have been avoided. While in their posession, they did not winterize the unit. We now have a damaged part. This is only one of many issues with the service department. We would never recommend for anyone to purchase from Open Roads.

After the initial contact with Dylan, Angela & Ben made sure I was kept up to date on the progress of my RV. All were very professional & courteous…! If I ever purchase another RV, I will definitely come to Open Roads RV.
