Clayton was so helpful. A pleasure to be helped by him. He was working his **** off! Helping so many people. Very calm and professional. My initial contact as I pulled into service was by 2 other men. Unfortunately I don’t have their names. They were so kind and I was flustered because my car wasn’t starting appropriately and I was nervous there was something seriously wrong. It ended up being the battery, but they were so kind about everything. Thank you!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more helpful and sweet customer service person than Sam. He was kind and understanding in dealing with my cars issues. He got me in and out and I really appreciated both interactions I had with him.

We appreciated how Ramez treated us and our concerns. We also appreciated the explanations and information he and the technician provided from the various items investigated and worked on, and not trying to convince us to do work that isn't needed yet.

Clayton was INCREDIBLY helpful. He was able to give me the information I needed before I brought my car in prior to my service (warranty). He is easy to talk to, a great communicator, and follows through on what he says he will do. I have complete trust in Clayton and his team whenever I drop off my car. I would actually consider getting another Honda just to have Clayton and his team work on my car because it’s so easy to work with them.
