Richard was amazing and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was very detailed in his explanations. He went over everything with me from the car and its features to the functions and even helped me set up my rewards points. I have nothing but great things to say about him. I would absolutely recommend Richard and would give him a well deserved five-star review.

I don’t like that everything is on line. No phone call from the agent when there was to be an extra charge to explain it to me. I am a senior citizen. I appreciate a more personal approach. Just my opinion.

Even though we had a 9:30 appointment, it took over 15 minutes before we saw anyone to get started. Our overall time spent there was two & half hours.

Mary is an excellent service advisor and she is wonderful to work with! She was very good about responding to me right away with the issue that I had with my car. Within two hours, I had a loaner which was upgraded from a sedan. I drive an SUV so sedans are not my first choice, but I was happy to have a loaner, regardless. Mary is an excellent listener. She is very courteous, gracious and is very great to work with. She her team at Norm Reeves make me feel very at home when I’m there. They’re very polite and professional. I will continue to take my car to Norm Reeves. Mary is one of the reasons why she is an excellent employee. Thank you taking such good care of my car.
