Great service. Today it too a little longer than other days. There was a long line for having an appointment. When it’s busy it means you must be doing something right! Satisfying your customers!

Check in at 1:30 PM, wait for shuttle for one hour, no one came. Waited one hour for paperwork by Holt. Did not leave dealership until 5:00 PM. Wasted half day there, only to discover parts missing, perhaps from previous repairs. Had to pay for extra.
